Registration Fees

​

The early registration fees apply to registrations made before 01 June 2024.

Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and only abstracts of delegates who are fully registered by 1 June 2024 will be included in the program.

​

Fees include registration and delegate pack, attendance at all plenary sessions, all panels, roundtables and other activities within the conference venue. Also, fees include the opening canape/wine reception and a concert (limited places only). 

 

Please note that presenting authors should be able to attend the whole meeting since we cannot honour requests for a specific day or time. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration cancellation policy

​

In case of any cancellation the following rules will be applicable:

For cancellations received until 18 August 2024, there will be a full refund minus a deduction of 10% of the registrations fees. The reason is that the firm that deals with the credit card payment takes a commission for each operation. Therefore, in this case the ESC is paying two commissions.

No reimbursement for cancellations after 18 August 2024.
